Will Beckman is Honored by Washington Post
Congratulations to Will Beckman, who was awarded the Michael L. Trilling Award at The Washington Post's 24th annual All-Met Luncheon on June 2, 2008. This award is given to male and female All-Mets whose grades and citizenship rival their athletic achievements.
JV Soccer
The JV Colonials ended their season quietly with a third — and final — cancellation against Yorktown Sadly, the weather gods decided that we should not play Yorktown ... AT ALL! Although it was a disappointing way to end the season, it was a lot of fun to watch the boys grow together as a team. We had lots of talent on a team split almost evenly between freshmen and sophomores, so there will be plenty of talent returning next year to build on this year's successes.

TJ's JV Boys Soccer Team
The final 3-4-4 record does not adequately reflect a season with many close, hard-fought battles, including a thrilling last-minute goal against Annandale, the bone-chilling "sponge bowl" game against Fairfax, a dramatic goal save against Stone Bridge, and a satisfying win over arch-rival Langley (avenging last year's loss). Many thanks to JV Coach James Louis-Charles and senior team manager, Cayla Wallwork. Congratulations to the JV Colonials!
